Manages a portfolio of creative, measurement, reseller, referral, and other ecosystem partnerships, coordinating enablement, performance, integrations, and internal adoption. Requires 3–5 years of partner-facing experience, strong data and communication skills, and comfort with APIs and measurement methodology.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partnerships end-to-end, including onboarding, partner productivity, performance tracking, partner reviews, QBRs, issue escalation, and internal coordination.
- Manage consultants, venture capital firms, resellers, and referral partners through onboarding, enablement, and pipeline follow-up.
- Manage creative partners such as production studios, AI creative tools, and creative agencies; match advertisers to partners based on budget, timeline, and category; monitor delivery quality, turnaround, and cost; and source new partners.
- Manage measurement partners, including third-party measurement, verification, identity, and data providers.
- Coordinate with Product and Data Science on integrations and measurement methodology.
- Support diligence on new partners and translate partner capabilities into materials for Sales and clients.
- Maintain the partnership source of truth, including one-pagers, decks, and CRM records.
- Work cross-functionally to advance partnerships and communicate market and product feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency account management, media, or adtech, including client- or partner-facing experience.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Ability to analyze data, build partner performance views in spreadsheets, read dashboards, and use metrics to support recommendations.
- Clear writing and confident communication skills.
- Ability to discuss integrations, APIs, and measurement methodology in technical conversations.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building new processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in TV, streaming, or video advertising.
- Familiarity with incrementality, media mix modeling, brand lift, clean rooms, and identity resolution.
- Agency experience.
- Exposure to contracts and commercial terms.
- SQL or similar data-querying experience.
