Responsibilities
Co-Marketing and Campaign Development
- Create full-funnel campaigns spanning awareness through conversion, including joint webinars, customer events, and co-created content.
- Design, build, and optimize post-event and post-campaign email nurture programs.
- Co-author customer success stories featuring strategic partners for external promotion and internal sales enablement.
- Support bundled technology playbooks and develop market-ready use cases.
Partner Communications
- Help define and implement joint public relations, whitepapers, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Own and manage the partner social media strategy in alignment with corporate plans.
Partner Campaign and Program Management
- Support partner-hosted webinars, regional field events, and customer workshops, including content alignment.
- Coordinate co-presence with partners at industry trade shows, including joint booth logistics and partner networking events.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B demand generation in the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel demand generation, event execution, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo is highly preferred.
- Experience managing or assisting with Market Development Funds and budget tracking.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, and partner deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with external partner stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Listed estimated annual pay ranges vary by eligible US location: $96,640–$120,800; $102,240–$127,800; or $113,600–$142,000.
- Potential eligibility for equity and a corporate bonus plan.
- Benefits include healthcare insurance, 401(k), paid sick and personal time off, and paid parental leave.
- Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
