Partnership Manager
Own and grow a partner ecosystem that generates qualified executive introductions and credited sales pipeline for consumer brands. The role requires strong sourcing, executive relationship-building, quota ownership, forecasting, and partner activation skills.

Responsibilities
- Build a book of partners, including individuals with CFO, CIO, and CEO relationships and institutions such as banks, private equity and growth equity firms, and advisory firms.
- Evaluate partner and network fit, sign partners, and manage the partner book.
- Onboard partners, map their networks to target accounts, and activate them to generate introductions.
- Generate qualified introductions to decision-makers at ideal customer profile consumer brands.
- Manage partner activity as a pipeline, including weekly reviews, forecasting introductions 30/60/90 days out, and reactivating dormant relationships.
- Activate partner relationships to influence live deals and record attributable engagement.
- Partner with sales to hand off introductions, support deals in cycle, and maintain accurate attribution.
- Collaborate with events operators on partner-focused marketing activations and referral incentives.
- Own a quota and forecast, measured primarily on credited partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and secondarily on producing partners.
Requirements
- Existing network of, or ability to quickly build trust with, senior operators and executives in the consumer space.
- Strong judgment in evaluating people, businesses, partners, brands, and decision-makers.
- Sourcing mindset and experience generating opportunities through relationship building.
- Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven environment, owning targets, forecasting, and maintaining pipeline discipline.
- Ability to engage credibly with CFOs, CIOs, CEOs, and other senior executives.
- Understanding of how consumer brands grow, including decision-making and financial drivers, or ability to learn the market quickly.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000–$204,000.
- Meaningful equity.
