Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews, coordinating candidates and hiring teams.
- Serve as the primary candidate contact, providing timely updates, interview details, and professional support.
- Oversee background checks, maintain accurate records, track progress, and communicate updates to hiring managers.
- Post job descriptions, manage applications in the ATS, and keep recruiting materials current.
- Prepare and deliver offer letters and new-hire documents.
- Arrange candidate travel and logistics as needed.
- Assist with recruiting events and employer-brand initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems.
- Support Talent Acquisition enablement projects, including tooling rollouts, integrations, testing, adoption, and process changes.
- Evaluate and pilot AI and automation tools for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and candidate communications.
- Maintain KPI reporting on scheduling accuracy, pipeline throughput, and candidate satisfaction; surface trends and insights.
- Create and update SOPs, runbooks, and team playbooks.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-moving corporate environment.
- Previous staffing, recruiting, or HR experience.
- Experience working with ATS or CRM products.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated care for the candidate experience.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition or Talent Operations as a career path.
Compensation
- Temporary 3-month contract.
- $29.81–$35.10 per hour for the New York City office.
