Recruiting Coordinator
Coordinates end-to-end candidate experience, manages interview scheduling and ATS data in Ashby, and supports recruiting projects to scale hiring. Requires 1+ year in recruiting/admin role, strong organization, and onsite presence 4-5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end, serving as the main point of contact from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
- Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate journey that reflects EliseAI’s culture, pace, and high bar for talent
- Support all aspects of the recruiting process, including interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and managing real-time schedule changes
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep hiring processes running smoothly, while identifying bottlenecks and helping improve and scale our interview workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity across all recruiting workflows
- Follow up with interviewers to collect timely and thoughtful candidate feedback
- Help coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, and meetups
- Maintain and improve recruiting process documentation and job postings
- Drive and support recruiting projects that directly impact how EliseAI grows and operates
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting, administrative, or client-facing role
- Strong interest in the recruiting and talent space
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motivated to push your limits, take ownership, and grow quickly
- Proven ability to execute, follow through, and manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High EQ and ability to interact confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000
