Recruiting Coordinator
Coordinates complex interviews, candidate communications, onsite logistics, and recruiting operations while improving hiring processes. Requires 1–3+ years of coordination experience, strong communication and organization, and hybrid availability in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams and searches, including complex onsite and virtual interview loops.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
- Create a high-touch candidate experience from initial interview through offer.
- Manage onsite interview logistics and candidate visits at the San Francisco office.
- Keep Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion, Juicebox, and other recruiting systems accurate and up to date.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, process bottlenecks, and candidate-experience issues, and proactively resolve them.
- Improve recruiting processes, workflows, templates, and systems, including automation of repetitive tasks.
- Support onboarding, recruiting events, and other employee-experience projects.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar fast-paced, organization- and communication-focused role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality.
- Comfort working with senior leaders and managing changing schedules and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, including time zones, room bookings, and interviewer changes.
- Ownership, self-direction, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in hiring, candidate experience, and the people side of building a company.
- Availability to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually.
