Recruiting Associate
The Recruiting Associate will build sourcing strategies and pipelines for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, using referrals, events, AI workflows, and candidate screening. The role requires at least one year of fast-paced recruiting or comparable experience, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities
- Build and run sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Source active and passive candidates through alumni networks, referrals, campus programs, and industry events.
- Organize events, dinners, and relationship-building activities.
- Build AI-powered workflows for sourcing, screening, and pipeline tracking.
- Screen and manage technical candidates through early-stage interviews, from resume review through handoff to the hiring team.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview loops moving.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting agency, technology startup, hedge fund, or investment bank.
- Experience with high-volume, fast-moving processes.
- Demonstrated use of AI to automate repetitive tasks or improve workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and the ability to understand the reasoning behind roles and processes.
- Ability to commute to the company's New York City headquarters and work in person 3–4 days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $80,000–$110,000 plus equity and benefits.
