Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles with speed and attention to detail.
- Manage scheduling timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs), track progress, surface risks, and keep recruiters and hiring managers informed.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear, warm communications and onsite candidate greetings.
- Maintain Ashby as the applicant tracking system and single source of truth, including stage updates, candidate notes, and pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep searches on track.
- Improve recruiting processes and systems, including identifying opportunities to use AI tools.
- Support recruiting operations projects and sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- 1+ year of full-time professional work experience.
- Interest in building a career in recruiting, sourcing, or talent-related roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to candidate experience.
- Strong written communication and reliable follow-up.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong command of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually.
