Recruiting Coordinator
Coordinates end-to-end interviews, candidate communications, scheduling logistics, and onboarding support for a fast-growing talent team. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant coordination or operational experience, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across G&A, GTM, Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the interview lifecycle and deliver a high-touch experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communications.
- Maintain and improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes.
- Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar fast-paced operational role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern scheduling tools.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Compensation
- $35–$50 per hour.
- 40 hours per week.
- 6-month contract.
- 1099 contractor arrangement.
