Partnerships Project Lead

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Network Growth: Build new partner and vendor relationships from scratch while owning and scaling existing relationships.
  • Consensus Building: Act as an expert negotiator who can identify friction points in partnerships and quickly turn them into mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Strategic Execution: Manage the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and contract negotiation through technical integration and long-term maintenance.
  • Ruthless Prioritization: Prioritize the highest impact partnerships and ensure results.
  • Technical Deep Dives: Maintain an understanding of the product's technical aspects, including how partner data models and integration requirements impact our platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of building partnerships with external parties from scratch and managing a book of partners (ideally ~50 partners).
  • 3+ years of experience within the healthcare space; specific experience in healthcare interoperability is a significant bonus.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex contracts and vendor SLAs.
  • Ability to work through hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and lay out arguments in well-structured, data-informed narratives.
  • Comfortable taking an ambiguous objective, breaking it down to ensure alignment, identifying the most efficient way to accomplish it, and executing.
  • Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) to work from our South Beach office.
  • Low ego, high ownership mindset.
