Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and influence product direction with customer feedback.
Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success.
Requirements
Enjoy being customer-facing and technical — explaining complex systems in simple, convincing ways.

Comfortable working across SQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly natural language processing and unstructured data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation
Base pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year.
