Responsibilities
Global B2B marketing strategy and operating model
- Set the global marketing strategy for Lyft’s B2B platform across North America and international rideshare and taxi partner brands.
- Orchestrate marketing to administrators across government, healthcare, B2B, automotive, transit, and business travel as the unified invoicing and billing platform develops.
- Establish planning cycles, budget allocation, reporting cadences, and centralized-versus-local operating guidelines for multiple brands and markets.
Marketing tooling and systems
- Own the global B2B marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, campaign and content management, and reporting infrastructure.
- Build dashboards providing a unified view of pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, spend, ROI, and performance across brands.
- Partner with data, analytics, and engineering teams to integrate brand-level systems and prioritize reporting improvements.
- Evaluate vendors and platforms for scalability, cost, and integration complexity.
Vertical go-to-market
- Lead an audience-first go-to-market model beginning with Healthcare and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), then expanding to Automotive, Universities, Hospitality, and Events.
- Direct multichannel tentpole programs spanning digital, live events, paid media, social, and press.
- Maintain a thought leadership agenda using original research and industry points of view.
Cross-functional partnership and team leadership
- Partner with sales on account-based marketing for priority accounts and own the funnel from demand generation through lead qualification and sales handoff.
- Build partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, finance, product, agencies, and technology partners across the global portfolio.
- Lead and develop a global matrixed team with direct and dotted-line reports.
- Manage marketing and creative agencies and build co-marketing programs with external partners.
- Ensure programs comply with applicable regulatory and industry marketing requirements, including healthcare compliance.
Measurement and prioritization
- Define program success metrics and report pipeline influence, conversion, and ROI consistently across brands and regions.
- Use data-driven prioritization to allocate investment across global initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B or enterprise marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading marketing across multiple markets, regions, and brands.
- Experience selecting, implementing, and scaling marketing technology across multiple business units or brands.
- Experience building marketing operating models, planning processes, governance, and reporting systems.
- Experience designing and running large, multichannel programs tied to measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
- Experience managing marketing or creative agencies and developing co-marketing programs.
- Executive presence and ability to align cross-functional leaders who do not report to you.
- Familiarity with marketing compliance in regulated industries; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience using artificial intelligence to automate marketing workflows and accelerate program execution.
- Hands-on Salesforce or comparable CRM experience, including configuring objects, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, lead scoring, and CRM integration.
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for pipeline and spend reporting.
- SQL proficiency sufficient to query data, validate reports, and collaborate with data engineers.
- Experience with Workato or similar data integration and workflow automation platforms.
- Experience writing or reviewing systems requirements documents.
- Familiarity with data governance, source-of-truth management, data ownership, and deduplication.
