About the job

Responsibilities

Sales Plays

  • Build sales plays for new products and features, synthesizing product-line messaging into portfolio-wide motions.
  • Translate product requirements into sales-facing playbooks and launch guidance covering what is being built, why it matters, who it serves, and what it displaces.
  • Partner with Product and product-line product marketers on launch calendars and Revenue Enablement readiness.
  • Convert early-access and preview learnings into targeting guidance and field-ready talk tracks.

Messaging and Narrative

  • Create a coherent, differentiated portfolio-level sales narrative using the Command of the Message framework.
  • Own the First Call Deck narrative and the story arc across the customer journey.
  • Build modular slide libraries tailored to personas, segments, and use cases.

Training and Field Readiness

  • Develop curriculum for new-hire onboarding and ongoing field education.
  • Build and deliver product training with Product for Field Forum.
  • Run train-the-trainer sessions with Revenue Enablement.
  • Review enablement content for technical accuracy.

Competitive and Market Intelligence

  • Maintain competitive battlecards and matrices covering hyperscalers, neoclouds, and managed inference providers.
  • Publish analyst and industry updates with FAQs and recommended messaging.
  • Maintain ICP definitions and help sellers identify and qualify new targets.

Customer-Facing Content

  • Create product one-pagers and datasheets.
  • Develop customer stories with business-impact content for sales decks.
  • Produce infographics, top-ten lists, and outreach assets.
  • Build ROI/TCO calculators and other sales decision-support tools.

Operations

  • Organize content repositories so current blogs, ungated content, and decks are discoverable.
  • Maintain version hygiene, including a single source of truth and visible update dates for each asset.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI, or machine learning.
  • Technical depth in AI/ML infrastructure, including training and inference workloads, inference performance and cost, and customer compute evaluation.
  • Knowledge of hyperscalers, neoclouds, managed inference providers, and buy-versus-build decisions.
  • Fluency with sales messaging frameworks; Command of the Message experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical sellers.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales processes, pipeline stages, MEDDIC-style qualification, and first-call execution.
  • Experience collaborating across product-line product marketing teams while maintaining a portfolio perspective.
  • Experience creating content that sales teams actively reuse.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience at an infrastructure, semiconductor, or AI platform company.
  • Background as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or technical seller.
  • Comfort using data tools to build customer-ready TCO models.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Restricted Stock Units included in offers.
