Responsibilities

  • Define Figma Weave’s vision and narrative in the AI-native creative space and carry that story into market.
  • Build brand awareness and affinity through bold, memorable, culturally relevant marketing.
  • Build and operate a measurable full-funnel growth engine that drives users and revenue.
  • Hire and lead a small, senior, high-output marketing team.
  • Set marketing strategy and execute directly in a fast-moving market.
  • Partner with product, sales, design, and Figma’s broader marketing organization.
  • Own significant marketing budgets and tie investments to measurable, ROI-positive impact.

Requirements

  • Executive marketing leadership experience building brand and driving growth at a high-growth software, SaaS, or consumer technology company.
  • Track record as both a strategist and operator who sets vision and personally delivers work.
  • Strong storytelling and creative instincts, with discipline around measurable business impact.
  • Experience owning and deploying significant marketing budgets with demonstrated ROI-positive brand awareness.
  • Data- and performance-driven approach to setting and managing brand and full-funnel growth metrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building and leading teams in fast-moving, ambiguous, category-defining markets.
  • Passion for creatives, design, and emerging AI technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $235,000–$317,000 USD.
  • Equity and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, parental leave, family planning support, mental health and wellness benefits, paid time off, paid sick leave, holidays, and potential recharge days, phone and home internet reimbursements, lifestyle spending accounts, and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
