Implementation Manager, SSB
Implements Rippling’s HR, payroll, benefits, IT, and related products for startup and SMB customers, managing projects end-to-end and driving adoption. Requires at least one year of SaaS implementation or customer experience work, strong project management, and excellent client collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients to implement purchased Rippling products across HR, Payroll, HR Services, Global Payroll, Benefits Administration, the IT platform, and other products.
- Proactively manage implementation processes end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals.
- Drive adoption of purchased products.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot customer issues and provide feedback on product enhancements.
- Support the development and documentation of processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and/or customer experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
- Proven project management experience, deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position within the HCM or IT space, such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, or Device Management.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role; office-based employees are currently expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
