Associate Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Discover and solution business-critical AI use cases for customers, translating requirements into innovative Celonis solutions.
• Build and code on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
• Rapidly prototype solutions during customer hackathons using generative AI technologies.
• Help customers transition from rule-based automation to autonomous AI-agent-enabled process transformation.
• Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned with customer AI strategies.
• Develop expertise in specific business domains or industries, such as supply chain.
• Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
• Remain involved through project adoption and agreed value-realization thresholds.
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
• Manage customer accounts and collaborate with local field teams.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, data analytics or science, computer science, mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques, including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
• Good knowledge of Python and common machine-learning libraries such as LangChain, pandas, Pydantic, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data-engineering tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, customer-centricity, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, continuous-learning mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Combined technical and business education.
• Customer-facing, customer success, service, or sales experience.
• Hands-on technical proof-of-concept experience.
• Experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM packages.
• Supply chain process experience in procurement, order management, inventory management, or production.
• Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business cases.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
