Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams as the identity authority for developer-focused customers, aligning Auth0 solutions with customer pain points and business goals through tailored product demonstrations.
- Architect and execute hands-on proofs of concept for complex customer use cases, owning technical validation with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Address technical, application security, and identity infrastructure questions from developers, architects, and CTOs.
- Represent customer and developer feedback to Product Management.
- Build reusable solution assets and share best practices through industry events, hackathons, and customer briefings.
- Build and manage partner engagements, co-sell with channel partners, and enable technical partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within IAM or security.
- Experience engaging developer personas, software engineers, and architects.
- Deep understanding of the identity security ecosystem and enterprise architectures.
- Expertise with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
- Knowledge of application security principles, including encryption, XSS, CSRF, and token management.
- Strong technical communication skills, including live coding, whiteboarding, and executive presentations.
- Experience owning partner engagements and co-selling with channel partners.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI agents, conversational bots, generative AI integration, and securing automated workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, serverless platforms, REST APIs, developer SDKs, and continuous integration pipelines.
- High learning agility, dynamic problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
