Responsibilities
- Deliver critical data solutions for leading AI innovators and government agencies.
- Collaborate daily with technical customers to understand challenges and translate them into impactful solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy features across the full stack, including front-end interfaces, back-end systems, and infrastructure.
- Rapidly experiment and iterate to meet customer needs and drive innovation.
- Contribute to engineering culture, values, processes, and product evolution.
- Design and deploy data solutions, collaborate with AI researchers, and influence the product roadmap.
- Work on large-scale system architecture and customer-facing front-end application design.
- Lead critical projects and help shape engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
- Strong coding abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving generative AI field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure.
