Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager
Leads the strategy, launch, and global scaling of AI-first customer enablement and learning programs for emerging technical audiences. Requires 6+ years of technical program and stakeholder management experience, enterprise technology knowledge, and the ability to build programs from zero to one.

Responsibilities
- Build and launch new learning programs end-to-end in partnership with Learning & Enablement, Operations, regional business teams, and GTM teams across Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering.
- Design and scale innovative learning programs within Databricks Free Edition to support learner growth and user adoption globally.
- Define learning initiatives for emerging technical audiences, including app developers and database administrators, in partnership with Product, Content Development, and regional program managers.
- Pilot, measure, and scale learning programs globally.
- Track program performance through data-driven reporting and provide actionable insights.
- Drive accountability and motivate stakeholders and leaders to action.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical program management and stakeholder management experience in an enterprise technology company.
- Experience designing and launching programs or pilots from zero to one.
- Experience with Big Data, AI, data science, or equivalent enterprise technologies preferred.
- Experience creating scalable processes and resources adopted by cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with product and go-to-market teams, including professional services, customer success, marketing, or sales.
- Strong understanding of enablement programs and training methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and use data to develop compelling stories.
Compensation
- ATS salary range: $93,900–$161,350 USD.
- The role may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
