Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of complex, global enablement programs across regions, functions, and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders across Strategy and Operations, Product, Technical Solutions leadership, and People teams.
- Translate business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter roadmaps; communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to leadership.
- Design measurement frameworks; analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs and program effectiveness.
- Build executive-ready presentations that translate data, program updates, and regional insights into recommendations.
- Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and pulse checks; synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Design tools, resources, communications, and training frameworks for workflow changes at scale.
- Partner with Sales Engineering leadership on ramp and enablement programs.
- Mentor junior enablement program managers.
- Implement AI-powered workflows, automation, and process improvements for reporting, data pipelines, content creation, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 4+ years.
- Experience leading complex, high-visibility, multi-quarter programs independently.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, cross-functional alignment, and influence without positional authority.
- Data-driven program measurement and reporting experience, including Salesforce and LMS data.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior and executive audiences.
- Expertise in change management and organizational development; PROSCI/ADKAR certification or equivalent required.
- Understanding of Technical Solutions workflows and challenges.
- Experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Docebo.
- Experience applying AI tools and agentic workflows to improve program delivery.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in or alongside a Sales Engineering organization, including sales or technical pre-sales experience.
- Instructional design expertise, including ADDIE and Kirkpatrick methodologies, and adult learning theory.
- Experience scaling enablement programs in high-growth or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience delivering global programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
- Datadog platform or monitoring experience, including DD Fundamentals certification.
- Knowledge of the observability industry and relevant customer personas.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $116,000–$155,000 USD.
