Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment projects for enterprise customers, from kickoff through launch, adoption, and transition to ongoing success.
- Lead complex, multi-phase implementations of Dialpad products, features, integrations, and AI capabilities.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, project hours, deliverables, and governance across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Track project health and progress using cloud-based project management tools and provide visibility to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead customer project meetings, establish expectations and accountability, and resolve risks, blockers, escalations, and project changes.
- Deliver administrator training and coordinate integrations, device provisioning, and troubleshooting with technical teams.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.
- Communicate implementation status, risks, issues, solutions, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans to customer executives and internal leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience working with SaaS products and implementations.
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Strong project management, escalation, risk management, and change management skills.
- Ability to lead executive-level customer conversations and drive accountability in challenging situations.
- Experience consulting with C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management and tracking platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and other cloud-based business platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification.
Compensation
- Colorado target base salary range: $118,000–$149,500 USD.
- Compensation reflects base salary and excludes bonus, equity, and benefits.
