Senior Enablement Program Manager, TS

Leads complex global enablement and change programs for Global Support Engineering, translating business priorities into measurable roadmaps, training, and workflow improvements. The role requires senior stakeholder influence, data analysis, executive communication, and PROSCI/ADKAR expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs across regions, functions, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional relationships with senior partners across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and the People Team.
  • Translate business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter program roadmaps and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to leadership.
  • Design metrics frameworks to measure change adoption and program effectiveness; analyze Salesforce and LMS data against KPIs.
  • Build executive-ready materials that translate complex data, program updates, and regional insights into structured narratives and recommendations.
  • Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and pulse checks across TS regions.
  • Design tools, resources, communications, and training frameworks to support TS workflow changes at scale.
  • Partner with Global Support Engineering leadership on ramp and enablement programs for specialist and generalist skill development.
  • Mentor junior Enablement Program Managers.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and process improvements to improve enablement efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of related experience in enablement, program management, change management, or a related field, or a master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-quarter, high-visibility programs independently.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Expertise in measurement frameworks, program and performance data analysis, and Salesforce and LMS reporting.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Expertise in change management and organizational development practices, with a history of driving adoption at scale.
  • PROSCI/ADKAR certification or equivalent required.
  • Understanding of TS-function workflows and the ability to act as a strategic partner.
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Docebo.
  • Experience applying AI tools, including Claude and agentic workflows, to improve program delivery.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in or alongside a technical support organization.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick, and adult learning theory.
  • Experience scaling enablement programs in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience delivering global programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Proficiency with the Datadog platform and monitoring best practices, such as DD Fundamentals certification.
  • Working knowledge of the observability industry and supported customer personas.
