Responsibilities
- Discovery, Demos & Onboarding: Join sales calls, understand investor workflows, run tailored demos, and configure Raylu so customers see value quickly in trials and onboarding.
- Usage, Metrics & Engagement: Set up dashboards, track product usage, and proactively reach out when engagement drops or when customers need guidance on AI features and best practices.
- AI Product Expertise & Feedback: Master Raylu and its AI/LLM capabilities, including prompt and workflow design. Turn customer feedback into clear product requirements that influence our roadmap.
- Growth & Expansion: Support renewals and expansions by quantifying value delivered and uncovering new AI use cases and teams to roll out Raylu to.
- Foundation Building: Help build the GTM / customer function from 0 to 1 - playbooks, processes, and operational frameworks - working closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Product.
Who You Are
Experience: 2–5 years in: sales engineering, customer success/account management at a hyper-growth B2B startup, or finance (PE/VC), consulting, or similar.
Mindset & Skills:
- Customer-centric with strong product sense: quickly understand investor workflows and translate needs into clear requirements.
- Comfortable with AI/LLMs: excited to learn tools, refine prompts, and become a product expert at the technical–business intersection.
- Scrappy and action-oriented: structure ambiguous problems, juggle multiple accounts, and move fast in a startup environment.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder with executives, managers, and analysts.
- Revenue-minded: comfortable discussing expansion and contracts while always prioritizing customer value.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience building CS or Sales Engineering motions from 0 to 1.
- Deep interest in startups, funding, and private market investing workflows.
Compensation
- $140K - $190K salary
- $50K-100K equivalent in new hire equity (4 year vest)
