Senior Product Manager
Owns strategy and execution for PagerDuty’s workflow, automation, and agentic SRE products across SaaS and on-premises environments. Requires 5+ years of product management experience, deep SRE/DevOps knowledge, technical fluency, and experience with automation or AI-powered products.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Workflows and Actions across cloud-delivered SaaS and on-premises deployments.
- Lead product definition for the agentic layer of the automation platform, including Skills, Tools, and Connectors.
- Define how autonomous SRE agents interact with automation primitives, including runbooks, Actions, external APIs, and escalation paths.
- Partner with engineering to establish trust, safety, and audit boundaries for autonomous automation.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams and external model providers to develop differentiated, SRE-focused agentic experiences.
- Own customer-facing authorization features, including permissions, audit logs, and scoping controls.
- Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, competitive signals, and engineering constraints into product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping customer-facing software at scale; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of SRE and DevOps, including on-call rotations, runbooks, and production operations.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, integration platforms, job schedulers, or infrastructure tooling.
- Ability to reason about principals, permissions, scopes, and trust delegation.
- Strong technical aptitude, including reading API specifications, analyzing telemetry, and collaborating with senior engineers.
- Experience managing ambiguous, multi-stakeholder roadmaps from vision through general availability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, usability testing, and user research.
- Strong collaboration skills and customer empathy.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered product features, LLM integrations, or agentic systems.
- Experience with authorization frameworks.
- Background in observability, incident management, or IT service management.
- Familiarity with on-premises or hybrid deployments, Kubernetes operators, air-gapped environments, or enterprise security reviews.
- Experience with connector/integration ecosystems or low-code/no-code builders.
- MBA.
