Senior Product Manager - Identity & Access Intelligence
Senior Product Manager responsible for Snowflake’s IAM and authorization roadmap, including RBAC, privilege management, identity governance, and AI-powered access intelligence. Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for Snowflake’s role-based access control (RBAC) and IAM platform, including privilege management, identity governance, and authentication policy enforcement.
- Translate complex authorization and identity requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Leverage AI to deliver intelligent access governance experiences, including privilege recommendations, access intelligence, and anomaly detection.
- Shape governance for AI agents and non-human identities.
- Engage enterprise security and IAM customers to understand access-control pain points, compliance requirements, and governance workflows.
- Define and track adoption and success metrics for IAM features.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, and enterprise security teams on product launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with successful product launches.
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, privilege management, least-privilege principles, identity governance, and authentication policies.
- Technical credibility in authorization models, token-based identity, and directory integrations.
- Experience defining and launching IAM or access-control products in a cloud or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise IAM compliance requirements and audit workflows.
- Strong customer empathy, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with agentic AI identity, non-human identity governance, or authorization for autonomous workloads.
- Familiarity with AI-driven access intelligence, continuous least-privilege enforcement, or identity threat detection.
- Experience building products for CISOs, identity leaders, and enterprise security buyers.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architectures and modern authentication standards, including FIDO2, WebAuthn, and passkeys.
Compensation
- Salary range: $200,000–$287,500 annually.
