Owns end-to-end building, deployment, and scaling of enterprise AI agents for strategic customers. Collaborates with engineering and executives to design features, optimize prompts, and drive product roadmap based on real-world needs. Requires 6+ years experience and deep AI technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Build, design, and optimize enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers, understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals.
- Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap.
- Run tight feedback loops into Engineering to influence feature development based on real customer needs.
- Represent Decagon externally, working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments.
- Own each stage of the AI Agent building process, including collaborating with engineering to design new product features, writing and testing prompt logic, and working with customer executives to define AI roadmaps.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder).
- Deep technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Compensation
$200K – $285K + equity
