Enterprise Account Executive
Own the full enterprise sales cycle for State, Local, and Education customers, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. The role requires at least three years of enterprise SaaS or legal-services sales experience, strong quota performance, and willingness to travel monthly.

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute territory and account plans to develop pipeline and achieve quota targets.
- Lead discovery and value-based sales presentations with government attorneys, FOIA officers, law enforcement attorneys, and legal IT leaders.
- Manage complex, multi-department sales cycles from qualification and demonstrations through contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Value Engineering, Customer Success, Business Development, and Legal on strategic opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing on industry conferences, events, and in-person government meetings.
- Use Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator, GovSpend, and AI tools for territory research, outreach, and account planning.
- Travel regularly for tradeshows, customer meetings, and other in-person engagements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of enterprise SaaS or legal services sales experience selling to complex accounts or government agencies.
- Proven quota overachievement, including $1M+ ARR.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline-building, value-based selling, strategic presentation, and needs-analysis skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel monthly throughout the territory.
- Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling legal technology platforms.
- Experience with public-sector procurement.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Experience with transactional usage-based models and multi-year annual commitment structures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $125,000.
- Total on-target earnings: $250,000, including performance-based variable compensation.
