Responsibilities
- Own a targeted enterprise account list and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales metrics.
- Build trust-based relationships with executive, practitioner, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies using the MEDDICC methodology.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and BDR teams throughout the sales process.
- Set territory strategy, create account plans, and maximize market potential.
- Present solution walkthroughs informed by discovery insights.
- Maintain CRM diligence, forecast accuracy, and clear internal communication.
- Attend networking events and conferences to generate new business opportunities.
- Travel up to 30% regionally and nationally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Executive sales experience focused on net-new logos.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and selling complex software to enterprise accounts.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating stakeholders and advancing complex deals.
- Ability to engage executives, practitioners, and technical teams across an account.
- Experience managing complex, multithreaded sales processes.
- Experience independently managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, resourcefulness, and mentorship.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000–$140,000.
