Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Provide end-to-end client support during onboarding.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and design scalable solutions using Sardine’s products.
- Manage implementation projects, including timelines, quality, risk mitigation, and deliverables.
- Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide effective solutions.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Strong execution, integration, automation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools.
- Ability to work with tools and languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman.
