Regional Partner Manager
Builds and manages distributor and reseller relationships in Japan, driving channel strategy, enablement, forecasting, and partner-led opportunities. The role requires SaaS channel experience, partner recruitment and onboarding expertise, and familiarity with cloud service provider marketplaces.

Responsibilities
- Own relationships with distributors and resellers in the Japan market.
- Drive and execute partner strategy, including account-mapping activities with partners and resellers.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales Engineers on technical enablement and develop strategies to bring partners up to speed on Wiz products.
- Maintain regular team-meeting cadence and present updates to the regional Wiz sales team.
- Maintain proactive and reactive account knowledge, including cloud spend and commitments, account information, and billing contacts.
- Own escalations and ensure conflicts are resolved.
- Hold partners accountable for external partner rules of engagement.
- Help hold Wiz sellers accountable for internal partner rules of engagement.
- Manage partner applications and administration.
- Own the reseller agreement process in collaboration with Wiz Legal.
- Deliver Wiz first-meeting pitches to partner teams.
- Work with field marketing to drive attendance and communicate follow-up strategy.
- Manage available budgets, including spiff promotion and execution.
- Manage partner-team forecasting, ensuring proper deal management and engagement in opportunities.
- Provide weekly report updates to supported teams and leadership.
Requirements
- SaaS channel experience.
- Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
- Cloud service provider marketplace experience, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
