Strategic Partnerships Manager
Manages healthcare data partners from qualification through evaluation, activation, and portfolio growth, partnering across commercial, technical, and operational teams. The role requires strong relationship management, execution, prioritization, and experience with healthcare data, AI ecosystems, licensing, or sample evaluation workflows.

Responsibilities
- Qualify newly sourced healthcare data partners and determine where deeper engagement is warranted.
- Lead partner discovery and due diligence calls covering dataset quality, modality relevance, partner sophistication, licensing posture, and commercial potential.
- Coordinate NDA execution, sample intake, Data Lab evaluation, and internal feedback.
- Maintain a current view of each partner’s data capabilities, market insights, and opportunity value.
- Recommend partner tiering based on quality, uniqueness, scale, licensing, technical experience, and strategic value.
- Support deal structuring, strategic pricing, SOW coordination, partner activation, and transition into Healthcare Operations and Solutions.
- Promote partner data assets internally and translate customer feedback and market signals into value-creation initiatives.
- Support QBRs, MBRs, portfolio growth planning, and creative partnership proposals.
- Manage lower-tier and lower-activity partners, maintain engagement, and serve as an escalation point.
- Systemize partner documentation, tracking, engagement cadences, and portfolio reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, business development, or deal execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong ability to move external relationships from early interest into structured execution.
- Excellent judgment in qualification, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Strong organization and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous partner information into recommendations, decisions, and action plans.
- Comfortable working across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Experience with healthcare data partnerships, AI data ecosystems, data licensing, or sample evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
