Partner Sales Manager

The Partner Sales Manager develops regional technology and systems-integrator partner strategies, territory plans, co-selling opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder relationship-building, planning, prioritization, and accountability skills, and is based around Tokyo.

Responsibilities

  • Create the enterprise regional partner strategy with technology, systems integrator (SI), and global systems integrator (GSI) partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and wins.
  • Create and execute territory plans that foster mutual engagement between the company and partner sales teams.
  • Plan and execute partner go-to-market and field activities, driving account alignment and co-selling opportunities.
  • Create joint marketing and sales opportunities with and through strategic regional partners.
  • Provide feedback from regional sales teams to the partner organization on what partners need to co-sell effectively.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across internal and partner sales organizations.
  • Expand professional networks through proactive outreach and partner events.
  • Lead initiatives that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among partners.
  • Develop work plans, timelines, and milestones; align activities with organizational goals and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while meeting commitments.
  • Take ownership of deliverables, communicate expectations proactively, and address obstacles to execution.
