Responsibilities
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans, manage joint pipeline, and coordinate day-to-day activities with cloud and AI partners in Japan.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
- Maintain and grow strategic partner relationships, building trust across all levels of partner organizations.
- Present the value proposition of the partnership using a consultative sales and business-outcome approach.
- Organize and execute events for the partner community to drive pipeline and opportunities.
- Drive technical and sales enablement for partners in collaboration with internal teams.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Celonis and partner teams in Japan.
- Work with account teams to identify joint opportunities and ensure progress.
- Enable partner sales and leadership teams through joint value propositions and product integrations.
- Manage and maintain joint pipeline in partner and Celonis CRMs.
- Facilitate and support marketplace transactions.
- Support regional cloud go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS, or one of their partners.
- Experience establishing and cultivating relationships within cloud ecosystems, particularly with AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, or Oracle.
- Strong operational execution skills for managing day-to-day activities and growing partnerships.
- Strong sales mindset, consultative selling ability, and technology aptitude.
- Consultative background preferred.
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial, with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships.
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
