Manages channel partnerships across the region by recruiting, enabling, and supporting resellers, MSPs, and regional partners. The role drives partner-influenced pipeline and revenue through relationship management, co-selling, enablement, and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support regional growth.
- Enable and support existing partners through training, account alignment, and co-selling activities.
- Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), and regional channel partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and drive partner-influenced opportunities.
- Coordinate partner activities, including enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, and joint account planning.
- Support partner marketing and demand-generation activities.
- Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth across the region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a technology or SaaS company.
- Experience working with resellers, MSPs, or regional channel partners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and positioning value to partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with systems management or monitoring.
- Experience with partnerships supporting DevOps, particularly in a cloud environment.
- Technical background or education.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact.
