Sales Enablement Manager
The Sales Enablement Manager will design and lead training and development for the sales team, focusing on onboarding, ongoing training, and performance improvement. This role requires a builder who can create scalable programs from scratch and partner cross-functionally.

What you'll do
- Build and lead scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs for our sales team
- Develop a structured, evolving sales curriculum that includes playbooks, modules, and training materials
- Deliver live training sessions and create engaging self-serve content for continuous learning
- Identify skill and performance gaps across the sales org and implement targeted enablement solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps to align enablement with GTM priorities
- Enable BDRs on tools, messaging, processes, and objection handling
- Track training effectiveness, adoption, and impact using performance data and feedback loops
- Work with People Operations to align enablement with company-wide onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives
- Continuously improve programs based on business needs, rep feedback, and performance trends
- Influence future enablement tooling and systems as we scale
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in sales enablement, L&D, or training roles
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning best practices
- Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas
- Experience enabling BDRs across prospecting, sales process, and objection handling
- Data-driven approach to measuring training impact and performance lift
- Highly autonomous and self-directed; thrives with ownership
- Familiarity with enablement and sales tools like Salesloft, Orum, Notion, and onboarding platforms
- Bonus: Built or led training initiatives tied to product launches or GTM rollouts
