Technical Enablement Manager
Own technical enablement for account executives and forward-deployed engineers, building scalable onboarding, everboarding, technical training, demos, and field-ready content. The role requires strong technical aptitude, experience enabling technical seller personas, and the ability to build lightweight tools and systems from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Design and run technical onboarding for new account executives and forward-deployed engineers, including sessions, materials, and assessments.
- Own ongoing enablement through product training, update briefings, and skill-building tied to real deal scenarios.
- Translate new platform capabilities into field-ready content, including value-based narratives, technical objection handling, quick-reference guides, and demo scenarios.
- Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours.
- Build and maintain enablement content such as demo guides, technical objection handling, competitive positioning, hands-on labs, and reference materials.
- Build scalable enablement infrastructure, including self-service resources, demo environments, and content-freshness automation.
- Share field feedback with product and product marketing teams.
- Track content usage and session feedback to evaluate effectiveness.
- Use AI tools to improve workflows and team enablement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical training, or a related technical seller-enablement role.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with the ability to understand complex products and create accurate, credible enablement.
- Ability to prototype demos, script automations, and build lightweight tools.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical and sales audiences.
- Hands-on experience using AI in professional work.
- Ability to build scalable enablement systems from scratch.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with LLM APIs or agent frameworks, including tool use or MCP.
- Experience delivering live technical training to mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with vector search, embeddings, or neural search concepts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000–$225,000.
