The Sales Coordinator supports enterprise sales pods through AI-powered account research, stakeholder mapping, personalized outreach, CRM management, meeting coordination, and deal support. Responsibilities
Account Intelligence and Research
- Develop and maintain deep intelligence on assigned enterprise accounts using AI tools, MCP integrations, and automated workflows.
- Monitor earnings calls, press releases, LinkedIn activity, trade press, leadership changes, hiring, restructures, and other buying signals.
- Identify commercially relevant signals and turn them into actionable sales triggers.
- Use AI for research, signal detection, summarization, stakeholder mapping, and workflow automation.
- Analyze target-account visibility in AI and traditional search using Yext’s Scout tool, including AEO/GEO insights.
- Maintain account intelligence dashboards, relationship maps, and strategic account plans with Account Executives and Customer Success.
Account Mapping and Multi-Threading
- Map champions, influencers, and decision-makers across marketing, digital, AI, customer experience, and IT.
- Build relationships with operational stakeholders below the C-suite.
- Identify account-coverage gaps and keep stakeholder maps current.
Sales Coordination and Deal Support
- Coordinate demos, discovery calls, and executive meetings across time zones.
- Customize sales decks, proposals, and pricing sheets.
- Provide basic solutions-engineering support, including demo preparation and environment setup.
- Prepare intelligence for executive engagements.
- Qualify inbound sales inquiries and route leads appropriately.
- Coordinate with Marketing on content and upcoming activities.
Sales Operations and CRM
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and strong CRM hygiene.
- Track lead conversion, deal velocity, and pipeline progression.
Outbound and Relationship Initiation
- Conduct targeted, personalized outreach based on relevant account triggers and marketing signals.
- Set up introductory conversations and facilitate customer introductions.
- Identify and secure attendance at targeted events and hosted experiences.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or sales coordination, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- High proficiency with AI tools for research, summarization, and workflow automation.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Excellent written communication and commercial judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Curiosity about enterprise buying groups, agency relationships, and decision-making dynamics.
