Leads the launch of ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI business in India by winning strategic customers, building a forward-deployed engineering team, and delivering bespoke integrations. Responsibilities
- Open a new market for ElevenLabs and build the regional deployment team.
- Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers in the region.
- Identify use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations.
- Advise customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
- Present project results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into products and AI models.
- Build and deliver customer demos.
- Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors.
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
- Work with customer engineering and executive teams to optimize implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.
- Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration for scripting, prototyping, and demos.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical-concept summarization skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and applications.
- Strategic and commercial awareness, including deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
- Fluency in English and deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
