About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company.
  • Design and execute growth initiatives: From market strategy to hands-on campaigns.
  • Partner with leadership: Translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Crack complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion.
  • Own cross-functional projects: Coordinate product, GTM, and operations to unlock growth.
  • Identify leverage: Ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Background in top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and an Ivy League MBA.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth.
  • Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive.

Required Tools:

  • Strategy frameworks and financial modeling (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
  • Growth and GTM systems (Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, etc.)
  • Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Jira)
  • Comfort with light automation, data analysis, and experimentation
