Responsibilities
- Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company.
- Design and execute growth initiatives: From market strategy to hands-on campaigns.
- Partner with leadership: Translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
- Crack complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion.
- Own cross-functional projects: Coordinate product, GTM, and operations to unlock growth.
- Identify leverage: Ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.

Experience:
- Background in top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and an Ivy League MBA.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth.
- Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments.
- Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive.
Required Tools:
- Strategy frameworks and financial modeling (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
- Growth and GTM systems (Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, etc.)
- Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Jira)
- Comfort with light automation, data analysis, and experimentation
