Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company.
Design and execute growth initiatives: From market strategy to hands-on campaigns.
Partner with leadership: Translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
Crack complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion.
Own cross-functional projects: Coordinate product, GTM, and operations to unlock growth.

Experience:

Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments.
Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive.
Required Tools:
Strategy frameworks and financial modeling (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
Growth and GTM systems (Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, etc.)
Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Jira)
Comfort with light automation, data analysis, and experimentation
Serve as right-hand to the Chief of Staff at fast-growing AI company Firecrawl, owning end-to-end pieces of People & Operations including recruiting, HR, onboarding, events, and vendor management while supporting executives and tackling ambiguous problems with high autonomy.
