Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted extension of the Co-CEO/Co-Founder by making informed decisions, resolving blockers, and maintaining momentum across strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and refine the company-wide operating model and cadence to support prioritization, communication, collaboration, and decision-making.
  • Develop models, memos, and other materials for scenario planning and operational decisions.
  • Draft internal and external executive communications, all-hands materials, and client-facing materials.
  • Oversee the Office of the CEO and balance internal and commercial priorities across the team.
  • Support executive time prioritization and help direct reports operate independently.
  • Drive company-wide goals and the annual planning process.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as consulting, banking, or enterprise sales.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams with low ego and high emotional intelligence.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, identifies improvements, and drives change.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, judgment, integrity, and sense of humor.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $150,000–$200,000.
  • Annual cash bonus and generous equity compensation are also provided.
  • Salary range applies to candidates located in the New York City area.
