Responsibilities
- Lead the Biz Ops / GTM Systems team and establish operating models for intake, prioritization, governance, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Set the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM application ecosystem supporting Sales, Success, and Support.
- Own Salesforce strategy, administration, scalability, governance, usability, and business impact.
- Develop integration strategy across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho, and other core systems, including quote-to-cash, billing, insurance, payments, and related workflows.
- Partner with data, analytics, and platform owners to improve GTM data integration, modeling, governance, reporting, automation, and AI applications.
- Maintain production integrations and data pipelines through monitoring, incident response, change management, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales and post-sales automation, workflow redesign, and systems optimization.
- Improve data governance, hygiene, lineage, and system integrity.
- Lead technology-stack integration, rationalization, and consolidation across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, NetSuite, Zoho, internal systems, and data platforms.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, Support, Product, Payments, Finance, Engineering, IT, and Security.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and move automation, AI agents, and applications into secure, governed, measurable production workflows.
- Reduce manual work by redesigning processes and implementing automation.
- Strengthen lead management, routing, deduplication, validation, speed-to-lead, and post-sales workflows.
- Own vendor evaluation, procurement, negotiations, renewals, consolidation, and retirement decisions.
- Manage contractors and implementation partners, including scopes of work, delivery expectations, acceptance criteria, and accountability.
- Develop Biz Ops leaders and individual contributors.
- Own governance for AI tools accessing systems of record, including permissions, human-in-the-loop requirements, write-action controls, monitoring, audit standards, and rollback processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market systems, including significant leadership experience in complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce strategy, administration, automation, and cross-functional systems initiatives at scale.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading managers or multidisciplinary systems, operations, or business applications teams.
- Experience leading teams supporting high-volume stakeholder demand while improving prioritization, governance, and delivery discipline.
- Strong experience with process optimization, systems integration, data governance, and operating model design.
- Hands-on experience owning enterprise integrations between CRM, MAP, ERP, and other core systems, ideally on a modern iPaaS platform.
- Experience owning or partnering on a cloud data warehouse environment, including ETL pipelines, SQL transformations, and data models for reporting and automations.
- Ability to translate business complexity into roadmaps, pragmatic decisions, and measurable improvements.
- AI-forward leadership mindset with demonstrated success using AI tools or automation to redesign workflows, increase productivity, or improve outcomes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with acquisition-driven systems complexity, technology-stack consolidation, or multi-instance CRM environments.
- Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Workato, NetSuite, lead-to-opportunity workflows, CPQ, order-to-cash workflows, and GTM automation ecosystems.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, and command-line interfaces to analyze, build, test, and deploy business-system changes.
- Background supporting sales, marketing, post-sales, payments, or product-related operational workflows.
- Experience owning vendor selection, contract negotiation, and external delivery partners.
- Experience building prioritization models and intake processes for systems teams.
- Comfort combining strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving during transformation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $155,000–$190,000 annually.
