Forward Deployed Builder
Build and deploy agentic AI workflows directly with enterprise customers and partners, from process discovery and solution design through demos, technical validation, production implementation, and adoption. The role requires coding ability, persuasive communication, product judgment, and comfort operating independently across international deployments.

Responsibilities
- Embed with customers and partners to identify high-value opportunities for agentic automation.
- Analyze complex business processes and design streamlined agentic workflows, including agent architecture, integrations, and human-in-the-loop decisions.
- Build compelling working demos and partner showcases on Ema’s agentic platform.
- Lead technical conversations, address objections, and demonstrate solution value.
- Implement won solutions as trusted, production workflows and drive customer adoption.
- Own outcomes from initial discovery and solution design through deployment and real usage.
- Travel and work in rotational deployments across customer locations in EMEA and North America.
Requirements
- Ability to write code and use an agentic platform to build working demos.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to connect customer pain points to product value.
- Product-minded approach to transforming chaotic business processes into streamlined agentic workflows.
- AI-first working style and demonstrated ability to use AI agents to increase productivity.
- Ability to operate independently in customer environments and manage the full journey from sales conversation through implementation and adoption.
