Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end quote-to-signature support for global Account Executives, including quote creation, pricing approvals, order form generation, and opportunity closure in Salesforce.
  • Manage quote queues and approval workflows, ensuring timely responses and strong organizational standards.
  • Drive deal momentum at month- and quarter-end by resolving blockers and supporting internal partners.
  • Provide pricing insights, product guidance, and analytical support for complex or non-standard deals.
  • Help administer CPQ and CLM platforms, including price book and legal workflow updates.
  • Maintain data integrity and system hygiene across CPQ, CLM, and CRM systems.
  • Support accurate order management and product and partner attribution tracking.
  • Document Deal Desk processes and procedures for scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to streamline deal execution, uphold compliance, and remove roadblocks.
  • Serve as a cross-functional point of contact for deal-related matters.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Deal Desk experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and internal customer focus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize during high-volume periods, with schedule flexibility at month- and quarter-end.
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales contracts, including identifying risks in deal terms and structures.
  • Must be located in the EST or CST time zone.
  • Ability to travel for quarterly QBRs.

Nice to Have

  • Administrative experience with CPQ and CLM tools.
  • Understanding of marketplace offerings through AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $85,000–$100,000 base salary plus bonus.
