GTM Strategy/Operations Associate

Develop GTM strategy, quota models, planning processes, dashboards, and operational initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. The role requires 1–3 years of strategy, consulting, banking, business analysis, or similar experience, plus strong quantitative, communication, and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term go-to-market strategies by identifying growth opportunities, setting priorities, and aligning sales and growth targets.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives, including headcount and KPI planning, incentive design, and cross-functional execution projects.
  • Own global Sales quotas by building and maintaining quota models, adjusting them for organizational changes, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales and GTM data to identify trends and channel efficiency.
  • Develop data models supporting GTM planning and quota setting.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to shape vision, prioritize objectives, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Build dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
  • Support high-priority initiatives across the GTM and Strategy team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in GTM, growth, or revenue strategy; management consulting; investment banking or equity research; business analysis; or a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure complex or ambiguous problems.
  • Strong quantitative modeling skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain analytical findings to senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Metabase, and SQL—or willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales or Customer Success strategy experience.
  • Experience at a SaaS or high-tech company.
  • Experience analyzing complex datasets with SQL or Python.
