What You'll Own
Inpatient Scribe
- Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap for hospitalists and specialists, grounded in deep understanding of inpatient documentation workflows, rounding patterns, and EHR integration requirements.
- Deliver a documentation experience that handles the unique complexity of inpatient care: multi-encounter days, team-based rounding, procedure documentation, handoff notes, and discharge summaries.
- Drive measurable clinician outcomes - time-to-chart, documentation completeness, reduced after-shift charting - and demonstrate clear ROI for hospital administrators.
- Own inpatient quality metrics - accuracy, latency, note completeness, workflow completion rates - and systematically eliminate the pain points that drive support escalations or clinician drop-off.
- Partner with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML to adapt ambient capture and note generation models to inpatient-specific language patterns, workflows, and note types.
Chart Summarization - Patient Summary & Chart Chat
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Patient Summary and Chart Chat within the inpatient setting, purpose-built for hospitalists and specialists managing complex, multi-day patient episodes.
- Define the summarization experience that surfaces the right clinical context at the right moment: admission summaries, problem-oriented views, medication reconciliation context, overnight event recaps, and trend analysis across the hospital stay.
- Own Chart Chat as a conversational interface to the medical record - enabling natural-language questions about patient history, labs, imaging, prior encounters, and evolving clinical trajectories.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for summarization accuracy, completeness, and clinical safety in the inpatient context, partnering with Clinical AI/ML and clinical advisors.
What We're Looking For

- Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments with multi-persona buying committees.
- Based in SF, available to be in the office 3x/week.
Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience (a plus, not a requirement - we hire on scorecard competencies, not domain pedigree).
