Customer Service Manager
Manages a high-volume book of commercial property and casualty accounts, handling renewals, policy documentation, certificates, endorsements, and underwriter coordination. Requires at least two years of retail commercial-lines account management experience and an active or obtainable P&C license.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial accounts, tracking renewals, open items, and client follow-ups across the book of business.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and process endorsement requests accurately and promptly.
- Review policies at issuance to identify and correct errors before delivery to clients.
- Maintain complete, accurate account records in the agency management system.
- Coordinate with producers on renewals, remarketing, and new business support.
- Escalate recurring carrier and process issues for upstream resolution.
- Work directly with underwriters, including follow-up, negotiation, and escalation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience at a retail agency, brokerage, or independent agency.
- Experience with commercial property and casualty lines, including general liability, business owner's policies, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and umbrella coverage.
- Hands-on experience issuing COIs, processing endorsements, and managing policy documentation.
- Active property and casualty license, or ability to obtain one quickly.
- Strong, clear, professional, and patient communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume book of business accurately.
- Commercial lines experience required; exclusively personal-lines experience is not accepted.
Nice to Have
- Experience with specialty or hard-to-place markets.
- Familiarity with agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic.
- Spanish bilingual skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20/hour, equivalent to $41,600 annually.
