Responsibilities
- Support market development and expand current accounts, focusing on U.S. high schools.
- Travel within the assigned territory to engage with customers in person.
- Drive sales through face-to-face meetings, online demos, and phone conversations.
- Own the sales cycle and collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to meet school and team needs.
- Close sales across multiple sports, including volleyball and American football.
- Map and manage territory activities and prospect outreach.
Requirements
- At least two years of business-to-business sales experience.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
- Strong motivation and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales territory.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Candidates must be based in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, or relocate before starting.
- Ability to work from the Lincoln, Nebraska office three days per week.
Nice-to-Haves
- SaaS sales experience.
- Experience as an athlete, coach, or administrator in club or high school sports.
- Prior Salesforce experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $40,000–$50,000 USD.
- On-target earnings range: $80,000–$100,000 USD.
