Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations end-to-end, from scoping and kickoff through go-live and beyond.
- Define feature sets, customer journeys, and architectures with engineering and product teams.
- Ensure implementations support customer adoption, conversion, retention, and commercial success.
- Act as a forward-deployed product lead, identifying launch-blocking features and coordinating solutions with Product and Engineering.
- Manage multiple high-stakes implementations across customers, verticals, and geographies.
- Maintain alignment among internal and external stakeholders using project-management tools such as Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Create implementation processes, templates, frameworks, playbooks, and other assets.
- Partner with the business development team to ensure implementations deliver promised commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS technology company.
- Experience with high-growth, product-led technology companies; FinTech or HR experience is preferred.
- Experience executing complex API integrations.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, including management of multiple high-priority projects.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand and influence product development.
- Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Business acumen and ability to work in complex, operationally intensive industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with and persuade C-level executives.
- Proactive, creative, hands-on approach to problem-solving and process creation.
- Fluency in French or Spanish, in addition to business-fluent English.
Compensation and Benefits
- Europe salary range: €120,000–€155,000.
- UK salary range: £125,000–£160,000.
