Designs and deploys AI-native Notion workflows and architectures for customers, guiding engagements from discovery through launch and adoption. Responsibilities
- Partner with customers on forward-deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable solution designs and Notion solutions.
- Design scalable Notion architectures incorporating customer workflows, permissions, governance, integrations, and AI use cases.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities, and adjacent AI tools.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical support is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture, or frontier implementation.
- Design adoption plans, enablement materials, and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Convert repeatable customer-engagement patterns into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, runbooks, enablement assets, and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted customer advisor by simplifying technical requirements and recommending practical tradeoffs.
- Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership, and the partner ecosystem.
- Create implementation plans, handoff materials, and success measures aligned with customer and internal-team objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology services or consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including workflow mapping, pain-point identification, operating-model analysis, technical-constraint assessment, and future-state solution design.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
- Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management, and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills covering scope, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
Nice to Haves
- Experience designing or deploying agents, automations, or AI-powered customer workflows.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents, or developer-platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services, or reference architectures from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signals, reusable architecture patterns, or scalable product improvements.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Estimated total on-target earnings, including base salary and target incentive pay: €106,000–€119,000 per year.
