Own complex strategic enablement engagements for major customers, advising on Greenhouse workflows, configurations, recruiting strategies, audits, and change management. Requires extensive Greenhouse knowledge, project management experience, and at least three years advising on talent-related functions.

Responsibilities
- Advise Greenhouse’s largest and fastest-growing customers on workflow upgrades, system configurations, and recruiting strategies.
- Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes.
- Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects.
- Advise, educate, and facilitate customer-driven changes during defined engagements.
- Lead change management and product evangelism.
- Conduct account and workflow audits and provide detailed recommendations.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Project management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience advising on talent-related functions.
- Experience building internal programs and process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and adapt to changing environments and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and curious about applying them to recruiting processes.
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
- National pay range: $106,400–$113,000 annually.
